Dynasty Theatre was in Mongkok district. It opened on 2nd February 1991 with 1,920 seats in two stadium seating auditoriums, and was once the largest cinema in Hong Kong. It closed on 30th November 2019.
Eastern Theatre was located at 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai (current Hopewell Centre).
It opened in the 1910s and closed probably in 1922. Mid-1923, the modern Grand Theatre opened at the same place.
Theater near Jordan Road-Canton road junction from 1931 to 1939. Demolished to become part of the King George V memorial park.
The pre-WWII Koon Chung Theatre was situated at the junction of Jordan Road and Canton Road in Yau Ma Tei on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
According to the 1930 Hong Kong Government Administrative Report, the construction work of the theatre building completed in 1930 and the theatre probably opened to business at an unknown date in the same year or early 1931.
The Public Works Report for 1905 states:
The cinema run for the RAF men stationed here.
Andrew Suddaby notes that it opened in the summer of 1958.

There it says: The western-style building, on the extreme left, is Ko Shing Theatre, popular at the time with patrons of Chinese opera.

On the map, it is Key #8 in the Victoria district at "334 Queen's Road Central"**, on the south side of Queen's Road between Morrison and Cleverly. The current occupant is Midland Centre.

It opened on 4 June 1923. It's predecessor on the same site was the Eastern Theatre which opened in the 1910s and closed probably in 1922. (See all comments below).
According to Cinema Treasures, the building existed from the 1910s till 1956 until the second generation theatre was built on the same site. It looks as if the existence of the Eastern Theatre was included in this time span.
