This 1932 list gives the location of the Station Hotel as KIL 402, which was on the west side of Nathan Road, just opposite the junction with Carnarvon Road.
A 1901 Map (UK National Archive ref: CO 700-Hong Kong and China22) shows Kowloon Hotel on Elgin Road (today's Haiphong Road), roughly where the junction of Hankow Road is today. The lot is shown as IL 410.
Notification 453 in the 1893 Government Gazette shows it was previously called the Kowloon Club, but became the Kowloon Hotel in late 1893 / early 1894:
20 Nathan Road
Completion date and address from "Names of Buildings".
This was one of the places that civilians were interred in early 1942, before they were moved to the Stanley Camp. I've made a guess at its location on Des Voeux Road based on the notes below, but if you know the address please leave a comment below. (Update: The correct location has been identified in the comments below.)
Notes by email from Barbara Anslow:
Thanks to Richard Wong for identifying the location:
159 Connaught Road Central, now Kai Tak Commercial Building (1973), just adjacent to Western Market.
