Opened in 1961 to replace the psychiatric hospital on Eastern Street in Sai Ying Pun (which then operated as an out-patient clinic).
The original hospital buildings have been heavily redeveloped, but the original stone containing the hospital's Chinese name is still used outside the main entrance.

In the mid-1840s, General D'Aguilar instructed Major Aldrich to build a [army] hospital. To isolate the sick from the main living accommodation, the building was constructed at the eastern side of the army's properties (cantonment). The name D'Aguilar's Hospital was (inofficially) used, officially the name was Military Hospital.
The United Christian Hospital was built to meet the need of the huge refugee influx in the 1950s and 60s into Hong Kong in the area adjacent to SE Kowloon.
This page is for the modern Ruttonjee Hospital building. I don't know the exact opening date but looking at the maps at https://www.hkmaps.hk/viewer.html, this building first appears in the late 1980s / early 1990s.

[2024 update: I originally created this Place to show the location of the army's Women's Hospital, believing it was located here. Now we see that the 'F' on the 1901 map is more likely just the identifier for the block, 'F Block', as described in the comments below. Which block was used for the Women's Hospital isn't clear at this point.]
Hong Kong Central Hospital was located in Stanton House on Lower Albert Road. Six-storeys high and completed at the end of 1949. Officially opened on 1 January 1950. The building still stands but has ceased to be a hospital on 1 September 2012.
According to wikipedia, the BMH (Kowloon) closed down on 30 June 1996. Subesquently demolished to make way for a private housing estate.
Built in the gardens of the civil hospital and replacing a temporary matshed. The main building consisted of two blocks of 4 beds each surrounded by a verandah. Coolie Quarters, with accommodation for 10 coolies, was built on a lower terrace adjacent to Eastern Street connected to the main block by a covered walkway.
