You can see this on King's Road, not far from the Tin Hau MTR station.

Until recently, this was one of a pair of surviving shop houses, along with its neighbour number 69.
I'm not sure exactly when it was demolished, but probably mid-2015 as when I passed the site in August 2015 it had already been demolished and removed.
Hi there,
Bumped into this last Saturday night. Still occupied and business as usual. Seemed to be what we have missed during the hunt a few years ago.
Best Regards,

was having another wander around here yesterday and found this one just by the flyover.
The fronts of these three buildings have been covered over, so they are not so obvious. But if you look at the Nike shop on the right, you can still see some of the original shop front on the first and second floors.
I think that two, and possibly three of the buildings were the same style originally. If you look at the top-right corner of the Nike shop building, you can see a small square column with a round ball on top. You can just see another ball and pillar to the right of the word 'Levis' on the advertisment above the Levi's Store building.
These are a slightly different style from the shophouses in Kowloon and Hong Kong island. If you look at the end-on photo of these shophouses, you'll see the covered area only extends out over half of the pavement. In Kowloon and Hong Kong it usually covers the whole pavement.
Here's another in Central. You can see they've glassed in the area that used to be the covered pavement. I wonder what the rules are on that - was the covered pavement area always part of their plot, or was it a public space?
Hi there,
This one is interesting. This location used to be the Lung Fung (The Dragon & the Phoenix) Restanrant (龍鳳大酒樓), which was visible in some of the Ritz Theatre photos posted last year. I do not have proof, but I have an impression that after the restaurant folded the house was remodelled into the current building now:
