I believe this is a shophouse based on its two pillars on Wing Hing Street.
From https://hk.centanet.com/estate/en/103-Electric-Road/2-SBDWWPPJPS, it was built / first occupied in 1957 June but I doubt it is correct, because a 1967 map shows 105 Electric Road is next to it.
It is currently a flower shop.

I believe Tung Cheong Pawnshop was located on the SE corner of the junction between Argyle and Shanghai Streets.

Demolition date is an estimate based on the beginning of construction of the office tower in 1999.
