A look at what's new on the Gwulo website...
General
- hwngan has identified some rare black & white footage of HKU as showing the Opening of Biological Building at HKU West Gate on 22nd September, 1930
- Two more boundary stones for the old Victoria City boundary have been found! One is above Rosaryhill School, and the other is near Mount Davis. (Here's a map showing these two stones and eight more.)
- Upgrade news: I'm currently working on a new feature that will let contributors add tags to any existing content on the site. Let's say you're interested in the history of tennis in Hong Kong, then you'll be able to add the tag tennis to any photos you see that show scenes related to tennis, and see all those photos on one page.
- Another local society for readers interested in Hong Kong's history is the Orders and Medals Research Society (HK Branch).
