It looks as if On Lok Yuen Cafeteria has been replaced by a bar(?) where beer is served (instead of ice cream). Likely end of the 1940s, possibly early 1950s. Compare this photo from 1952:
In the 1952 photo, the general term "beer" has been replaced by "San Miguel Beer".
