A talented young lady of Hong Kong, Miss Caroline Braga, has again been awarded a Local Exhibition Certificate, Higher Local Division, by the Trinity College of Music, London.
Mr. W. Anderson, Secretary of the Local Centre, who has forwarded us the information adds that the certificate carried with it tuition fees amounting to £12 12s. for musical instruction for one year, and the award is given as a result of the examination held in Hong Kong in June last.
Miss Braga was awarded the Exhibition Certificate for the Senior Exhibition last year, and her success should prove a stimulus to entrants for the forthcoming examination which will take place next month.
The Italian Convent, of which she was a pupil, informs us that Miss Chen has also been awarded an exhibition for the Intermediate Division."
