I think the parents were Cecil Sylvester and Margaret G Ward.

Mother of Leonard, Bobby and Elaine, wife of Lorenz.

Interned at Stanley together with her children Eunice, Doris, Laurence, Ruth, Theodore and Laura Lou. Her two eldest sons, Howard and Everett, were sent back to the States to continue their schooling and so they were not in China when the war broke out.
