Walter Wesselhoeft Hoffmann was an American diplomat and served as Vice Consul in Hong Kong at the time of the Japanese invasion in December 1941.
After the fall of Hong Kong, Hoffmann and the American delegation comprising 20 persons were divided equally and occupied two houses, which were near to one another on Mount Cameron. They stayed on Mount Cameron for two months before being transferred to Stanley Camp. Release from confinement came on 29 June 1942 for repatriation to the United States.
Thomas Burlington Wilson appears in the 1941 Jurors List as Manager of American President Lines Ltd..He was interned at Stanley Camp and repatriated to the United States in 1942.

Between 1936 and 1942, Halsey Hulbert Matteson Wilbur was employed by the National City Bank of New York and given various assignments concerned with foreign branch banking.
He was interned at Stanley Camp and repatriated in 1942. After repatriation, he enlisted and joined the United States Marine Corps.

At the fall of Hong Kong, Henry Randall White was a schoolboy studying at Diocesan Boys' School . He was interned at Stanley Camp and later repatriated to the United States in 1942. His parents are not known.

Titus Carr Westbrook worked for British American Tobacco Co. Ltd., in the Far East. He was present during the fall of Hong Kong and later interned at Stanley Camp. He was repatriated in 1942.
Titus Westbrook died in 1943.
