DoB from John Black's list, which gives Mr Newton's occupation in 1941 as "Medical Officer".
Item 370 in the Government Gazette for 1941 reports his appointment as a Surgical Specialist:
No. 370 .—His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Isaac Newton, F.R.C.S. (Edin.), M.R.C.S. (Eng.), L.R.C.P. (Lond.) to be Surgical Specialist, with effect from 1st April, 1941.

Rosemary is the first true Stanley baby, her parents were married at the very start of the camp. Rosemary came to see me in 2010 - we had a wonderful chat.
