Antoinette Susan FARRINGTON (aka Annie / Antoinette Susan LACEY) [c.1910-????]

There are three different mentions, but I think they all refer to the same lady:

  1. John Black's list includes "Mrs A G Lacey", b. 1910, Housewife
  2. Barbara Anslow's diary for 22 Oct 1942 mentioned "Annie Lacey", in Stanley with twins, and that Mrs Lacey's husband had died in another camp since internment.
  3. Eric MacNider's diary for 22 Sep 1943 mentions "(Mrs) Antoinette Susan Lacey" married Phillip Eden Patrick Eamon Farrington.

Barbara Anslow:

[In October 1942] Norah had recently joined us 3 in the [Stanley Internment Camp] hospital office as a stenographer.   Tragically, in 1950, as Norah Stutchbury, she was murdered in Malaya by terrorists.

Barbara Anslow:

Mrs. E. Seath's husband was killed by the Japs when  they first landed at North Point where Seaths lived.

Her daughter Mrs Joan Wood was also in camp.  Both mother and daughter were VADs.  Joan's husband was a p.o.w. In Kowloon camp.
