Mobilgas Petrol Station on Gloucester Road. Opposite Hua Nan Motors (42-46 Gloucester Road). Possibly Hua Nan Motors operated the petrol station.
The station served both cars and boats (source).
Constructed in the early 1950s. When Gloucester Road was widened in 1970/71, the petrol station was demolished.
Three (!) petrol stations in a row - Socony, Texaco/Caltex, and Shell. The stations were situated on a trigangular "island" in front of the junction of Des Voeux Road with Hill Road (see the 1924 map an Gwulo).

Probably built in the early 1950s, visible on a photo from the 1950s and on the 1955 map on hkmaps.hk. Demolished likely around 1961/62 when Beaconsfield House was constructed (opened in 1963)
Mobil Gas Station at the eastern side of Blake Pier. Was likely built at the end of the 1940s, a bit later then the Shell Petrol Station at Blake Pier. Appears first on a photo from 1953.
Was removed in about 1961 or 62 when central reclamation started and Connaught Road was widened.

Update 2023-12-10
The site initially was dominated by Shell in the pre-war period. Post-war it was dominated by Caltex in the 1950s but later in the early 1960s Shell and Mobil muscled in.
Caltex Petrol Station, located on the south side of Salisbury Road, east of the junction with Nathan Road.
Demolished long time ago, today there is Salisbury Garden.

Petrol station at the Chatham road-Cooke street junctionThis is a photo of the station in the 1950s with a lot of squatter huts up valley hill. They were removed after the 1961 fire. Therefore the picture should be taken before 1961. The Hunghom railroad depot was on the left side of the petrol station.
