Delighted to find this 1919 map of Cheung Chau online.
It gives us the position and orientation of House #1, which hitherto has escaped us.
It also gives us Houses 2, IL20 and IL10 with the IL numbers and the line of the 1919 Boundary Stones.

Original houses 1 to 4?
I am wondering if we are looking at the original houses 1 to 4 here. What we have been calling House 4 is not built yet.
ie House 1 = 1, House 2 = 2, House IL20 = 3 and House IL10 = 4?
House IL20 = 3 and House IL10 = 4?
Would this map be indicating House IL20 as 3 and House IL10 as the original 4?
I think I'm going to renumber our houses thus:
House IL20 as 3
House IL10 as 4
Our current House 4 as 4C, as it wasn't around in 1919. 4A and 4B
are below House 4.
