In my experience with the land registry records, they don't record whether or not a property has been rebuilt as they focus on the plot information (sales, leases, incumbrances etc).
The 1967 date does imply that is the (re)build year though. There may be an entry on the records for that year that might help you infer what happened though...
This house has a double verandah on two sides, which the 'show home' property doesn't show.
Looking at the front (north side) of the show home in the website, it would appear the right hand (west side) verandah has been filled in.
But the show home video is dated 1967, and tngan's pic is 2025. Has it all been undone??
The GovHK map shows House 15 with verandahs on its north and east sides! So we're looking at the north side of the building, with the east side on the left?
Older images seemed to show the old building had been demolished sometime before 2014 and rebuilt completed sometimed in 2016. Try viewing through the years of information. Like what I suspected for a rebuilt.

Interesting
How interesting. It would appear to be the original building but the date on it is 1967.
Re: Maybe a rebuilt
Hi there,
To verify one has to go to the lands office, pay a small fee to look up the records.
I remember one house at Mount Cameron had been rebuilt using the original blueprints that even fooled the officials.
