Demolition date is a guess - it was demolished during the Japanese occupation, but I'm not sure exactly when.
After the war, the current Union Church building was built on this site.

The Union Church, at present
The Union Church, at present situated on Kennedy Road, has a history of its own. Originally erected in1845, in the centre of the City in Hollywood Road, it was in 1863 transferred to Elgin Street, where, suffering from that fatal disease which attacks so many tropical Protestant Institutions in the Far East, it all but expired. Revival again set in and the building in Elgin Street, with considerable improvements as regards ventilation, was transferred to the present site. It is capable of seating about 500 people.
