No date given. The old building right of the Harbour Office and behind the multi-storey car park (Wing On Department Store) has been demolished, it stood there still in June 1971. So the date was guessed to be 1972 1974 (see comment below). Nan Fung Tower (behind the Government Pier) is visible, it opened in 1973.
Think the piers on the left are the Governments Piers near (todays) Gilman Street. Macau Ferry Wharf on the right.
It looks as if the reclamation has been finished in this area.

Realty Gardens, 41 Conduit Road, is shown complete (it was built in 2 phases: 1970 and 1972). Therefore not earlier than 1972.

Hi There,
Starting from Rumsey Street Car Park, the construction site behind it would become Wing On Centre. It should be some time between the old and new Wing On Department store. In the early 1970's, I think? Might be able to check the foundation stone there (if any). JLL's site mentioned it was built in 1980.
Going eastward on Connaught Road Central, the Marine Department, with the movie theatre behind it. Next door should be the Li Bo Chun building. Across Wing Wo Street, that was the Sincere Building (with the department store).
