House built on the place where the Sincere Department Store was located, the address is 88 Connaught Road Central.
It is an office building with 24 floors that opened 1973. Likely built in stages, first the part at Connaught Road, later the one at Des Voeux Road.

For some time, a Sincere Store existed inside the building, also the name SINCERE appeared on the building front. Google street view from 2009 shows a Sincere store and sign in Nan Fung Tower. The store was there in the September 2011 version, and gone in the one from January 2017.
