The sign on the right reads:

Dr. M H Chaun, Dental Surgeon.

The 1915 Dental Register gives his full name as:

Chaun, Moon Hung

The 1912 Directory & Chronicle lists him at:

33, Queen's Road Central, Lock Hing's Building; Teleph. 126

The next building along is number 35. It's the building on the right of this photo:

Dr. M. H. Chaun advertised his services in leading newspapers: The latest Method  of the AMERICAN SYSTEM of DENTISTRY ... From the University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. His dentistry practice relocated from 37 Des Voeux Road Central (looks like since 4 June 1904)  to 33 Queen's Road Central on 17 April 1907.

The HK Daily Press dated 19 February 1935 carries his obituary and interesting life. He was the first Chinese dental surgeon in the U.S.A.

The Chinese family name seems to be 周, not 張.  If you look closely at the sign, it is kind of hard to make out a shape that resembles 張, as recorded in the title right now.

There is this internet page which also says his name is 周夢熊.  http://hkmd1841-1941.blogspot.hk/2013/09/dr-chaun-moon-hung-1901.html

Please change the Chinese name.
