Building on the northern side of Queen’s Road Central on M.L. 62. It has two square columns or piers at the corners of the house and three round ones in the centre. They all stand on a square base and a short square pier above. On top is a horizontal beam that supports the upper part of the building.
It is easy to distinguish from its neighbour houses (35 and 37) by the different types of columns used.
Around 1900 we find Dr. M H Chaun, Dental Surgeon in the building (source) , in the 1910s and 1920s we see D'Almada & Mason solicitors (source), and sometimes later HSU Brothers (source) .
Construction date is unclear to me, possibly from the 1860s (guess only). It likely still stood in 1955, but then with square columns. On a 1966 photo, the building has already been demolished. On this place Melbourne Plaza was built, it opened in 1970.
