Looks like this was taken a few years later than 1928. The Eyrie & its lookout have gone, and they were demolished in 1931. Also Peak Mansions has it's extra floor & domes, which weren't there when it was first built.
Just left of centre, 10 & 11 The Peak are still standing. They were demolished in 1941.
