I believe this is a shophouse based on its two pillars on Wing Hing Street.
From https://hk.centanet.com/estate/en/103-Electric-Road/2-SBDWWPPJPS, it was built / first occupied in 1957 June but I doubt it is correct, because a 1967 map shows 105 Electric Road is next to it.
It is currently a flower shop.

Looking at old maps it looks like 101 - 105 were a single building of 3 blocks. All of 105 and part of 103 were removed when they widened Wing Hing Street at that junction. So, perhaps as part of a compensation deal, the building owners were allowed to reconstruct the current 103 in its present shape.
It looks like number #101 is still part of the original 1957 build, but the current 103 was constructed in the early 1970s.
