Mr. W. F. Simmons
Mr. W. F. Simmons General Manager of the Hong Kong Tramways, Limited, died at his residence, No. 358, The Peak, on Monday night, at the age of 49.
Mr. Simmons was interned at Stanley during the war and had never completely recovered from the effects.

R. A. Button is described on the Stanley Camp Log held by the Imperial War Museum as a British man who 'left ((Stanley)) camp' at some unspecified time. His name is also marked with the symbol that means he was eventually re-interned in Ma Tau-wai Camp (Kowloon).

"A. McGregor Mitchell" appears on the List of Prison Officers for 1940, which shows he started work there on 22nd Nov, 1938. He fought in the Stanley Platoon of the HKVDC with the rank of Private.
