The building at 25 & 27 Kennedy Road, Wan Chai (I.L.1931) was originally the villa of Tang King Po. The Public Works Report for 1916 refers: 

Works completed:   2    European Houses    I.L.’s 1931 and 1938, Kennedy Road.

Tang donated the building in 1965 which was rebuilt into a school. (source)

Hong Kong Tang King Po College is a secondary school for boys under the sponsorship of the Society of St. Francis De Sales, it opened in 1965.

St. Francis Xavier's College, Sycamore Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  Date of occupation permit issued - December 6, 1955; first series of classes began - December 9, 1955.
