#21 Wong Chuk Hang Industrial Building
#23 Woo Kai Lea Industrial Building (under construction, completed in 1967 and later renamed as BT Centre)
#25 Unknown factory building painted red and white, used by R. E. Dietz Co. Ltd, a manufacturer of hurricane lanterns (the building was possibly owned by Yan Chim Kee of #27, as #25-27 were redeveloped as Yan's Tower in 1995)
#27 Yan Chim Kee (甄沾記) Cocoanut Candies and Ice Cream Factory
#29 Soya Bean Factory (Vitasoy)
None of these factory buildings exist today.
