European House #10, Fa Peng, Cheung Chau

Fabulous shot of House #10 with Lamma in the distance.  Rear of the house, servants' quarters and cottage, viewed from the NW.

We can appreciate the elevation of the island, which made it an enticing and economical alternative to the attractions that The Peak offered - exclusivity, cooling sea breezes, isolation and views.  At night the lights of Hong Kong could be seen.

This must be an afternoon/evening shot, with the sun on the west side of the house.
