Houses at Kwun Yam Wan, Cheung Chau 1920

Kwun Yam Wan with the Kwun Yam Wan Road, coloured.  Viewed from the ENE.

Left to right, the left hand house corresponds to #IL10, the CVM 'Davies house', side view.

The next, a small one, I don't know.   The next bit of high ground beyond IL10 is where the Assembly Hall was.  Was there a villa there before the Assembly Hall was built?

The main or middle one corresponds to European House 3 or 3A.

The fourth house is House #2 possibly, which was built on a knoll.

The distant one would seem to be where the police station is now.  If you look closely, it is flanked by masts, presumably of boats in the harbour beyond.  Was there a villa there before the police station was built?
