This photo was taken in late 1917 when my uncle, Leslie Warren returned to Hong Kong for nine months after leaving school. He is second from the left in this photo, which I am including for comparison with a photo taken on the same occasion, but this one is without his mother, Hannah. The other photo was in the Olson collection but this one was in the Warrens' collection and is slightly sharper. I think negatives must have been dealt out like cards. I thought I had already uploaded this photo, but I couldn't find it. Leslie's father, Charles Warren, is standing behind the group, but I don't recognise the other guests.
