Probably post mid-1975, with Greenville Gardens AB (on Shiu Fai Terrace) and World Trade and Conventional Centre (now “World Trade Centre”) at full height and looked completed.
Leighton Centre still under construction, at a few levels tall, after early-1976 and before its completion in 1977.
One Hysan Avenue at full height, and at least scaffolding on its southern facades have been removed, so close to its completion in 1976. Shadows show it’s between April and August.
So these suggest the possibility of around mid-1976.

Hi There,
I saw HK Arts Centre still under construction in the photo. As it was inauguration in 1977, that confirmed the photo was way before 1977, but after 1975.
