At the building on the right it reads: Lammert, Atkinson & Co. Shipchandlers. 

According to  The Directory & Chronicle for China, Japan, Corea, Indo-China, Straits Settlements, Malay States, Sian, Netherlands India, Borneo, the Philippines, &c for 1876, the address is Pedder's Wharf.
