This photo is before 1924 - before Pedder Building was built (where Gospel Hall currently stands on left of photo). The sedan/rickshaw rank in the middle of Pedder Street was gone by 1924 as well. Photo should be between 1920-1923. The scaffolding on 2 Pedder Street building may narrow the date further when more information arises.

Given this photo has been dated to about March 1922, I am inclined to date the above photo to before March 1922.
