Victoria Peak and residences, Hong Kong, China

This image has a copyright date of 1902 (if I read that correctly). There are chair coolies, possibly on Lugard Road (Peak Road would then wind up the hill on left-hand side).  The buildings in the centre could be Peak Hotel and Peak Tram Upper Terminus. So the date could be around 1900.
