Thanks, from my research, please validate the following if possible ?

"2 Pollock's Path" (once known as "Bicton")
"44 Plantation Road" (once known as "Burrington")

The semi-detached properties, Bicton and Burrington, built around 1910, as part of RBL 1.

In 1945, a new semi-detached properties were re built, and the Date of Occupation was Jan 1945.

It was owned and inhabited from 1914 to 1920 by Mr. Sorenson and sold it to Mr. Stuart Seguin Strahan in 1920.

Mr. Stuart Seguin Strahan lived there with his wife Olivia until 1939, and sold it some time after WW2.

Mr. Henry Fok, bought Bicton in 1960 from the US government, and Dr. Hans Tang bought Burrington in 1966. Burrington was left empty for many years, there was an approval in 2020 from the Government to rebuild it, but up to now, no progress.

Bicton was transferred between Henry Fok's family member, in 2022 for HK$370 million.
