Similar to European House #10, Cheung Chau

This is not European House #10 but I have tagged it as such because it is a very similar build to House #10 and it gives us a good idea how #10 would have looked prior to its destruction in the war.  Sturdy build with roof reinforced with extra masonry against the typhoon season.  Coloured.

Like #10, this was also owned by the CVM (Canton Villages Mission).  I suspect it was close by, possibly House #9, IL23?

This photo is highly likely to be the house of CCIL 23.
From the 1960 map (soruce: hkmaps.hk), CCIL 23 is facing northeast.

By simulating the similar view of the photo in Open3DHK, similar landscape features can be identified:

The shape of Hei Ling Chau, Sunshine Island, Green Island, Mt. Davis in the photo are similar compared to the simulated viewing angle.
