Born 7 September 1891. Died 9 June 1963.

Aurore Plouffe was also known as Sister St. Stephen and belonged to the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception. During the Battle of Hong Kong, she was stationed at La Salle Relief Hospital. She was later interned at Stanley Camp and repatriated in 1943.

4. Sister St. Stephen's name/signature appears under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) and under the caricature of a nurse on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum.
