It was demolished in 1965. Construction of Sutherland House on its site was well under way in 1966. 1964 is the best fit - a lot of buildings from 1963 already well established. Can narrow it further 1963-1964. The HK Club Annexe is still standing. It was demolished in 1965. Construction of Sutherland House on its site was well under way in 1966. 1964 is the best fit - a lot of buildings from 1963 already well established.
