The canvas-roofed trams were in use in both decades, so they don't help with a date, unfortunately. Does anyone spot any other clues?

Trams got the pictured individual adverts from 1930 onwards, and the billboard of Hatamen cigarettes adjecent to the waiting room dated c.1930, so my guess c.1930 shall be the closest date.
