Used by the Forestry Department post war until the building was demolished for the Garden Road flyover

Name from the 1933 map. There are four terraced houses on this site with a large garden to the east. The 1901 map shows that another block of four terraced houses were planned to be built on the gardens but these do not seems to have ever been completed.

Post War Waterford became part of Ticia Mansion but the original building remained.

The western half was demolished to build the 1st Generation St Joan Court pre war

The eastern half of the building was replaced by Welsby Court ni the early 1950s
