Located at 1012-1048 King's Road, Quarry Bay.

The housing estate was originally built in the 1960s and named the Parker Estate (百嘉新邨; in reference to Mount Parker, south of the estate) and later sold. In 1972, the housing block was split to five blocks: the Fook Cheong Building (福昌樓), the Montane Mansion (海山樓), the Oceanic Mansion (海景樓), the Yick Cheong Building (益昌大廈), and the Yick Fat Building (益發大廈). There are shops on the street front. 

There are 2,243 units in five blocks with 18 floors in height. Currently, 10,000 people live in this complex.

Demolished circa 1993 and redeveloped into Cronin Garden in 1995.

Repulse Bay Towers, located at 119A Repulse Bay Road. Centadata reports the first occupation 11/1963. The towers have 60 appartments.

I've set the completion date to June 1981, as that's the occupation date given at Centadata. However it is a large site with multiple blocks, so it's more likely to have been built in phases that were completed at different times.

Built on reclaimed land in the former Kellett Bay.

I've set the completion date to 1994, but "Names of buildings" shows the estate was built in three phases, with blocks completes in 1991, 1992, 1993 & 1994.

Mei Foo Sun Chuen was built in eight stages[1] from 1965 to 1978 on the reclamation formerly used for petroleum storage by Mobil (now part of ExxonMobil) in Hong Kong (Mobil's Chinese trading name in Hong Kong is 美孚; Mei Foo). The development was conducted by Mei Foo Investments Limited, a subsidiary company of Mobil Oil (Hong Kong) Limited.[1]
