Wilhelm Gahar GARDNER (aka William) [1834-1875]
Wilhelm is my great-grandfather from my mother side of the family. He first established in Macau and at that point Anglisized his name to "Gardner".
He operated the Oriental Hotel until August 1869 when the hotel burned to the ground.
He moved his family to Hong Kong and obtained a license to operate the Hamburgh Tavern and Boarding House.

Konrad Hans Traugott GOLL [1947- ]
Lived an worked in Hong Kong from 1976 to 2000. 2 terms with trading conglomerate Jebsen & Co. Ltd as Deputy Manager of Siemens Division and later as Head of Industrial Division and Board Director. Also from 1986 to 1995, Managing Director of Wandel & Goltermann Ltd. with responsibility for the South-, South East- and Easz Asian market. Married to Elvira Perez Goll since 1982.
Karl Adolf August KASTMANN [1884-1974]
He first appears on the 1906 Jurors list:

He's not shown on the lists for 1907-1910, but appears again on the 1911 list with exactly the same details, then disappears again.
Louis KIRCHMANN (aka Carl Ludwig Conrad) [1840-1891]
Louis Kirchmann (1840-1891) born in the village of Bockholz in Eckernfoerde near Kiel in Schleswig-Holstein, was one of a group of tough early tavern keepers, who had Chinese wives. Kirchmann held the licence for The Land We Live In from 1871 until his death in 1891. He and the Swede, John Olson, licence holder of the National Hotel (1866-1885), were close neighbours in Ladder Street Terrace living in nos. 1 and 4 respectively. Kirchmann’s countryman, C.F.W.
Julian PAUNCEFOTE [1828-1902]
Wikipedia has lots of information about him. He was Hong Kong's Attorney-General from 1865 to 1873:
In 1862, facing crippling financial losses, Pauncefote decided to go and practise as a barrister in Hong Kong. In 1865, he was appointed acting Attorney General and in 1866 became the Attorney General of Hong Kong. As attorney general, he served as acting Chief Justice and acting Puisne Judge on a number of occasions.
Johann Karl Albert JAHREIS (aka John Carl Albert Jahreis) [1865-1890]
Johann Karl Albert Jahreis was a German brewer who came to Hong Kong in the late 1880's to open a brewery.
