William J. MEZGER [????-????]
Barbara Anslow:
Mr. W. J. Mezger was an Australian who lived near us in the Married Quarters ((at Stanley Internment Camp)).
He was one of three middle-aged men who lived in the amahs' rooms of our flat. I think they were Australian:- William J. Mezger, appraiser; Henry Harold Fantham, appraiser, and Charles Henry Fuller, appraiser. I have seen mention of Mr. Fantham's diary I think in Australia. These three men were always ready to help us females when we asked them.
