The buildings comprising 41A-41D Granville Rd were built on the southern half of what was formerly one of the Ormsby Villas. A photo from 1958 shows a row of four-storey houses at this location. By 1974, 41C-D had disappeared from Land and Survey Office maps, and its replacement building, Granville House, was completed in 1976.
