Broadview Villa is located at 20 Broadwood Road. It was opened in 1995 on the Broadwood Ridge, Happy Valley. With the wealthy in view, it built on the exclusivity of the location.
It is a high rise building offering a total of 85 residential units. There is a communal Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Children's Facilities, Sports Facilities, Catering Facilities, Health & Beauty salons.
Residents enjoy superb views in every direction, from the peaks of the island to Kowloon in the north, the racecourse and the city.
Broadview Villa was built on a site formerly occupied by the iconic mansion that was #20 Broadwood Road, the Towers, and medium sized 2-storey western-style villa #21 Broadwood Road. The loss of a unique building like the Towers is indeed a great shame. It looks like it was lost in a time before we really started valuing and preserving the best of our heritage.
