Broadview Villa is located at 20 Broadwood Road. It was opened in 1995 on the Broadwood Ridge, Happy Valley. With the wealthy in view, it built on the exclusivity of the location.
It is a high rise building offering a total of 85 residential units. There is a communal Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Children's Facilities, Sports Facilities, Catering Facilities, Health & Beauty salons.
Residents enjoy superb views in every direction, from the peaks of the island to Kowloon in the north, the racecourse and the city.
Broadview Villa was built on a site formerly occupied by the iconic mansion that was #20 Broadwood Road, the Towers, and medium sized 2-storey western-style villa #21 Broadwood Road. The loss of a unique building like the Towers is indeed a great shame. It looks like it was lost in a time before we really started valuing and preserving the best of our heritage.

Broadview Villa in 1997
Here are the front steps of Broadview Villa in 1997. I may have other photos taken in 2004, but I think I didn't have the right software to download them from my then camera!
Where is the current site of IL 1947 Sec. A?
Forgive my querying Broadview Villa as the site of the former 20 Broadwood Road, "The Towers". After climbing up through the top of Mount Caroline Cemetery above Broadwood Villa (then no. 20) on my first visit to Hong Kong in 2004, I realized that "The Towers" must have been higher up Broadwood Road. Anneliese gives the I.L. no. of Broadview Villa as I.L. 8812, not I.L. 1947 Sec. A. There is a very steep cliff over the road in front of Broadview Villa, whereas the slope running down from "The Towers" to where the old nos. 21 and 22 were located was gentler. There is more than one thread concerning the location of "The Towers," as well as no. 21 (with a video) on this site. Contributors Nona Pio-Ulski and Peter Braudé will have a view. Please can old Hong Kong hands give their opinion. My own is that "The Towers" was located a lot higher up Broadwood Road than the later Broadview Villa that became no. 20.
