Better known as Brother "Anthony" (or Antony) Kilbourn, FSC. He served the Brothers of the Christian Schools - La Salle (De La Salle Brothers) and arrived in Hong Kong on 25 September 1936. He had previously worked in the Philippine Islands until his transfer to Hong Kong.

After the fall of Hong Kong, Brother Anthony was interned in Stanley Camp and repatriated with other Americans to the United States in 1942. His arrival on the Gripsholm on 25 August 1942 was announced in the Detroit Evening Times the following day See here

After the war he returned to the Philippines.
