Military building near the top of Cloudy Hill [????- ]

Walking along the Wilson Trail yesterday, I noticed a thick concrete roof just below the path. A closer look showed it was a building of the same design as the one we saw at Ki Lun Shan, and the one Thomas found at Ping Shan.

You might be interested to see this blog despite it is Chinese only. It's seemed more than just the concrete huts.
