Houses 27 and 28 in 1963.
House 27 has had its verandah and pitched roof replaced with a flat concrete roof. It still has its viewing pod (VP) on the roof, making the most of the views north over the island and tombolo with Lantau beyond, and south over the sea and islands to the south.
The front of the verandah can just be seen. In front of that is a small garden and a larger flat area. An annex has been built on the west side of the property.
House 28 has also had its pitched roof replaced by a flat concrete roof.
