Helpfully, the names of two of the nearest buildings are visible - The Landmark and Wheelock House. On the right, the dark building with the MTR logo is World Wide House.
The Landmark and World Wide House both opened in 1980 and had Wheelock House as a neighbour until its 1982 demolition, meaning this photo was taken between 1980 and 1982.
