House #10 was renovated in 1947 from the damage sustained during the war, and a new roof added by the house owners, the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand. A concrete roof has replaced the original wooden roof. Roof timbers were susceptible to destruction by white ants.
Today the house is owned by the Chinese Anglican Church, HK.
