China Mail clip 24 Broadwood Road

Using moddsey's link to China Mail references re 24 Broadwood Road, I've found this advert for 29th Jan, 1932. If nothing else, it confirms the 24 Broadwood Road address between 1930-33.

Working out what is going on is less easy:

A piano is required.   We know Winifred could play.

The 'Nanning Mission Home' was presumably the Clift's foundlings' home that they started in Nanning in the 1900 teens and twenties.

The 'Nanning Mission Home, Hong Kong' - is this the foundling's home that at this time was in Broadwood Road that we call the BCMS Foundling/Children's Home?

The 'owner on leave' - is this the Clifts?  We know in February of this year Dr Clift inaugurated the Hong Kong branch of the Bible Union of China.
